Meeting Minutes

January 18, 2005

On January 18, 2005 at 7:00 pm Amy Patterson called the monthly meeting of the Board of Directors of Devon Park to order.  A quorum of the Board was established, those present were Amy Patterson, Neil Holcomb, Corey Hague, Angela Canaday and approximately 7 homeowners. 

Asked for corrections to December minutes – there being none Amy made a motion; Neil  seconded the motion to accept the minutes from December 14, 2004 meeting. 

Review of Financials 

Will be done at next meeting when Tammy is present

No new requests 

Neighborhood Watch

Meeting w/ block captains Monday 2/7/05 at Corey’s house

Neighborhood watch meeting Wed 2/16/05 @ 6pm

Housekeeping

New policy for club house is to get checks in advance ( 2 mos prior for advance booking) and have a 10 day cancellation policy as well as having a weekend usage limit of 2x/ mo

Corey to get keys from Ellie and Thomas

Corey to check size of bulbs outside clubhouse and let Amy know so we can get them replaced

Paper towel dispenser in women’s room has been broken – we are holding off on replacing

Parking lot light work order in is with NorthCentral Electric

Newsletter

Amy to complete newsletter and Corey will make copies and volunteers to meet at clubhouse this Sat at 11 am to distribute

New Business From Board

Amy had call from Gloria Saywers on Milestone about ditch along RR tracks being overgrown etc- it is not our property it is city

Amy to get info on car parked in clubhouse lot and get info to Donna

New Business From the floor

Complaint about debris along Alexander- suggested to call City  

With no further discussion, Amy adjourned the meeting at 7:50pm
